Tamarind Chutney XTRA-HOT 500ml

We have been a fan of Jenny's Kitchen Tamarind chutney for many years. When we lived in Borneo, we used to have a bulk order mailed to us there so we did not miss out! The complex sweet yet spicy piquancy complements the flavours of rice dishes, vegetables, meats, quiches, casseroles, and even toast and elevates the flavour to a whole new level. I am not a fan of very spicy food but the xhot version is stunning. Our mother had never liked chutneys but my sister-in-law promised this was one she would love and she was right. Mum was never without a jar in the fridge.

Have finally discovered the'holy grail of chutneys'! Simply divine chutney with a superb balance of strong tangy, spicy, hot, sweet flavour that is a maginificent complement to so many dishes and snacks.

We have many meals a week with Jenny. Whether it's a condiment for beef or sausages, or drizzling it onto bacon near the end of frying which is simply amazing. We can't live without it. Thanks Jenny! ps. try glazing pigs in blanket on it at Christmas. OMG it's amazing.

You can use x hot on heaps of things. Lovely with cheese. Must try the salad recipe I got with the last order. We have bought this product over the years. We love it’s from NZ. Very easy to buy online. Thanks again for the quick delivery.
