Do try the recipe that comes with the Tamarind Chutney. We made it and it was just fabulous! I use my Tamarind Chutney at least once a week as it is my standard marinade for my sandwiches. I use it for tofu and tempeh blocks as well as other proteins.
Bought this to go in the Fish Florentine dish. Easy peasey and always a hit with visitors. The X Hot was just right!
