This is a super easy recipe, perfect for a quick and easy Friday night dinner. 

You can whip it up in minutes, and it will still impress with its big flavour. The contrast between the tangy sweet spiciness of the chutney and richness of the blue cheese creates its own magic.  

You will need: 

  • 1 large pizza base
  • 2-3 tablespoons Jenny's Kitchen Tamarind Chutney (we used Hot)
  • 1/2 a yellow or red capsicum diced
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • 100 grams of creamy blue cheese broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar style cheese
  • Fresh Thyme

To Prepare your Pizza:

Preheat your oven to 200c degrees.

Using a spoon, spread Jenny’s Tamarind Chutney evenly on the base of the pizza, making sure to get close to the edges. Top with capsicum, red onion, cheeses and fresh thyme.

Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C
