Our Tamarind Chutney (first made in Waiheke Island, NZ) is renown for its rich, sweet, tangy taste and incredible depth of flavour.  It is guaranteed to be the star of any tasting board or cheese platter.  And those big rich flavours make it incredible to cook with.
